Who We Are
We at Ritha Foundation, working hand-in-hand with RCR Holdings, established Roro’s Bakery to change lives through the power of baking.
Currently operating in Gauteng and the Free State, we equip youth and unemployed women with professional baking skills. Where resources allow, we provide equipment. We also supply fresh baked goods so our trainees can resell them and earn a sustainable profit.

What We Do
Three simple steps to economic empowerment
Baking Skills Training
Hands-on workshops teaching bread, pastries, cakes and business basics.
Equipment Support
We provide ovens, mixers and tools whenever resources allow.
Supply & Resale
Fresh baked goods supplied daily so trainees can sell and keep the profit.
